SERIOUS OUTBREAK REPORTED. TOWN ATTACKED BY TRIBESMEN. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) DELHI, June 9. A serious outbreak is re(K>rte(l in Mesopotamia. A party of tribesmen, led by Sheridan officers, attacked Tel Afar, seized the Government buildings and killed ail the Government officials, including two British officers. A number of inhabitants were aL-'O Id lied. The crews of two armoured cars who visited Tei Afar next day are reported In have been captured tutd murdered. A punitive column is being sent from Mosul.
