FEILDING LAND VALUES
A DECLINE. (Per United Press Association.) FEILDING, June 8. At the auction sale of Mr E. R. Saunders’ Glenoroua estate to-day, 1100 acres in 26 daily farms, the highest price, £IBO, was paid for the homestead block of 68 acres, which was purchased by Mr W. Wills, of Picton. The lowest price was £73, the average being £lO2 4s. This is a decline on recent auctions here, due to the unsettled outlook-
