POLICE COURT
ASSAULT CHARGES. At, the Police Court yesterday morning, before Messrs James Ward and J. R. Heigh, J.’sP., Michael ’Fordo was charged with drunkenness and assaulting Wdheiii Grey. The first charge was withdrawn and Lie rceuecd pleaded guilty to the assault, and was fined ‘.5. A prohibition order was also issued against him at his own request. Robert Kilpatrick Corrie appeared on a charge of ns-uniting Robert Donagliy, and was remanded. Bail was fixed in two sureties of ,<IDH) and self in 1100.
