A BANK’S SUSPENSION.

Telegrams from Japan report that as the result of the financial trouble the SeventyFourth Bank, with a capital of £500,000, is closing its doors. There has been a run upon small district banks for some weeks, but the larger Japanese banks have tinsituation well in hand.
