FRENCH RAILWAYS
ADMINISTRATIVE UNIFICATION, (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.), (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) PARIS, May 18, A Government Bill introduced in the Chamber of Deputies proposes the l'administrative unification of all French railways. It is planned that control shall be exercised by a super-directorate of the Government, workers and owners, combined with a common dividend and sinking fund to make up common losses and uniform rates on the basis of the profit and loss on all lines.
