EXCLUSION OF ALIEN INTERESTS. AN AMERICAN REPORT. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) WASHINGTON, May 18. (Received May IS, 11.50 p.m.) The State Department informed the Senate that Britain’s policy in reference to the world’s petroleum supply is reported to be to exclude aliens from control of oil sources within 'the Empire, and to obtain some measure of control over oil properties in other co tin tries.
