CESSATION OF GOVERNMENT CONTROL. SERIIOUS RESULTS ANTICIPATED. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) NEU'YORK, May 14. A serious outcome is anticipated as the result of the expiration of the wheat price guarantee consequent on the withdrawal of the L.’iited States Government from the wheat market on June 1. The Wheat Director, Mr Bales, suggests that the remedy is for the United States Grain Corporation to make a loan to grain-dealers and bankers out of the I.MOM t OOi),ODO dollars wheat guarantee fluid which is virtually unchanged, enabling hem t;> handle the new crop during delay in tea::, mg tne old crop owing to the grave car shortage.
