The improvement can be fitted to any existing wing, and is regarded as a great forward step in aviation, giving designers a bigger margin whereby the strength, safety, and comfort of aeroplanes will be increased. CHINESE MAIL SERVICE. PEKIN, May 9. The aeroplane mail service inaugurated between Pekin and Tientsin covered the distance within an hour.
