POLLING YESTERDAY. MR MASTERS' RETURN ASSURED. (Per United Press Association.) STRATFORD, May 6. The by-election was very keenly contested, but was without special incident. With three small returns to come the results are:— Robert Masters 3167 J. B. ffine 2997 Absent votes to come 579 Mr Masters’ return is considered assured.
