RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

(Before H. M'Culloch, Esq., 8.M.) Fbiday, October 31. Archibald McLaren was fined 20s and costs, 6a 6d, for leaving his horse and rehicle unattended in thi public street. Roger Hart, for a like offence, was fined 5s and casts, 6s 6d. C. O'Hari was fined 5s and costs, 6s 6d, for allowing a cow to stray within the boundaries of the Municipality. John MQuarrie, for three cows, 5s each, and costs, 6s 6d. George Robe ri~ ton, for one cow, was fined ss, and costs, 6s 6d. Frederick Stone, Michael Carroll, Thomnt Connell, Peter M. Peters, William Bradley, Donald Boss, John Pay, and Colin Brown, having each allowed one horse to Btray within the town boundaries, were each fined 5s and costs, 6a 6d. James O'Brien, for a foul chimney, was fined Is and costs, 69 6d.
