Any person objecting to the valuation must make it in writing to the Clerk of the Board within one month from the date hereof, for a special meeting of the Board, to be held on Thursday, the 13th day of November, to consider the same, and also hereby notify their intention to levy a general and special rate of la in the £ for the current year, ending 30th June, 1874.
