MR RISHWORTH'S LETTER.
Sib, — If Mr Bishworth was unwilling or usable to hold controversy with Mr Perkins, be might with much advantage to himself hare refrained from publishing his private opinion of tnat gentleman's character and signature. If lie thinks his opinion that of the public, he is woefnlly mistaken. If jour rererend friend was presented with a cheque for £20, having Mr Perkins's name appended tl ereto, I would not be surprised to hear that he made an indecent grab at it. Mr Perkins is too well known and respected here to suffer aught from Mr Kishworth's unbecoming letter in your issue of Friday last, but I would etrongly recommend Mr B. to reptruse a pamphlet published some time ago, and when he feels the desire to throw stones, to remember that he lires in a glass house. — Yours, Ac, Crnzur.
