Hubby Scubuy. , RULES AND REGULATIONS. • The rules of the Winton Jockey Club will be > strictly enforced. > By the term " District" shall be meant all I horses hona fide the property of residents within ) a radius of 10 miles of the " Winton Race- » course." All such horses to have been owned I and trained within eucb district for a term of I three months prior to the 26th Decomber. The > stewards will have the power to reject the I entrance of any horse not considered qualified for ) the District Handicap.
