Competition will commence at 11 a.m. sharp. Quoit competition commences at 10 a.m . Mtjsio. — Pipers, whether competitors or not, who meet at the Post Office in Dee-Btreefc, and play to the Grounds, will receive 10a extra. Disputes. — Any disputes which may arise shall be referred to two members of Committee, and, in case of their disagreement, the Superintendent of Sports shall be the arbitrator, whose decision will be final.
