The St. Petersburg Gazette publishes the commercial treaties with Bokahra and Kohokang (Kokau). Kashgar declares the attitude towards Khera untenable, because tbe security of Oremburg is dependent on its relation with Kheva. The following telegram was put on board the Rangitoto at Queenscliff: — London, Nov. 13. An Australian meat dinner was given at Southampton, the Mayor presiding. There were 300 guests present. Four hundred laborers have embarked for New Zealand. Mr Haisail has been appointed German Consul in Canterbury. Vanderdecken was the winner of the Liverpool Cup.
