G. F. Martin t Co. report :— The sale of mortgaged properties, held at the rooms on Saturday last, was not largely attended, consequently high rates were not obtained. Sections 12, 13, and 14, block 16, town of Invercargill, realised £35 ; section 15, block 27, £5 ; section 2, . block 30, £11 ; section 8, Bame block, £10 ; sections 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20, Cannon's subdivision of M'Master's estate, with dwelling-house thereon, was sold for £150. The balance of the properties were bought by the mortgagee.
