THE SAN FRANCISCO MAIL.
Auckland, Aug 28, 9.35 a.m. The Nevada arrived at 8 a.m. this morning. The c iptain reports that there is no sickness on board. The Board of Health is now meeting. The vessel will not be admitted for two hours. The Nevada is 16 days and 10 hours from Honolulu. She brings 30 passengers and a large cargo. Dr Philson considers 16 days not sufficient time to develope the disease if there be any existing, and wishes to get the opinion of the Board of Health as to admitting the vessel to pratique. The Nevada encountered very bad weather on her downward passage of 16 days. She was 9 days repairing her paddles at Honolulu. Passengers : —For Auckland, Captain Brindall, Messrs Biffie, A. Saunders, Black ie, Kneebond, R. Tenmann. For "Wellington, Key. W. Booth, Mr W. Strango and wife, and Mr C. B. Thocker. For Dunedin, Messrs Inglis, M'Kellar, and Kelly. 2 p.m. The latest dates are London, 15th July, and G-eneva, loth July.
