MR M'ARTHUR AT WINTON.
Sib, — I believe Mr W Arthur addressed a few of his constituents at Winton to-night by special invitation to dinner. Whether this was a purely private or public arrangement, I am not aware. All I know is that the principal part of the settlers did not know anything about it, but perhaps Mr M'Arthur may yet intend to give his constituents a public hearing. — I am, .to., An Elector. July 26, 1872. _
