The barqne Antipodes passed through the ■ Straits to the eastward, yesterday morning, and wished to be reported. The 9.5. Albion left Melbourne at 5 p.m. on tbo 24*-h, passed Swan Island at 2 p.m. the ' following dayf and experienced Iresh easterly winds i the first 24 hours, and since then to ber arrival strongs S.E. gales, with heavy head sea ; passed Codfish Island at 9.30 a.m., and arrived at 2.30 p.m. on the Ist. She brings 100 tons of cargo for this port.
