THE Committee would beg to call the attention of persons requiring advances to the advantages to be gained by borrowing from the above Society, from which they can obtain loans on the security of freehold or leasehold town or rural properties; on easy terms, the principal being gradually liquidated by monthly or fortnightly instalments, extending over a period of 5 or 6 years. The next sale of the funds of the Society will take place at the Court-house, Invercargill, on the 13th July next, when about £700 will be submitted for competition.
