The proprietor begs to state that he is induced to offer them for sale solely on account of a desire to obtain a change of climate for the benefit of his health. Any of the properties must be a safe and valuable investment, and the houses will yield good interest, as they are all in a thorough state of repair :— No. 1. That four-roomed house built on the western half of section 18, block 63, having a frontage of 33 feet to Esk-street, and at present occupied by H. J. Gibbs, Esq. No. 2. That splendidly-situated section of ground, at the edge of the Makarewa Bush, comprising 44 acres, mostly heavily timbered land, adjoining Mr Buxtons property, and bounded by the Oreti Railway line.
