A LEXANDER ROSS begs to intimate that he "^ has disposed of his business as Auctioneer to Mr Greorge Smith, and respectfully requests for his successor a continuance of that support which has been accorded to himself. /"^EORGE SMITH begs to inform the Public of Southland that he has succeeded to the business of Mr A. Ross, Auctioneer, &c, Invercargill, in which he trusts by his long experience in all classes of stock, and by devoting his best attention to the interests of his clients, to meet their liberal support. OTAG-0 producers of dressed flax having found it to their interest to dispose of the Bame by auction in Dunedin, the undersigned purposes holding similar sales at his rooms (adjoining Colyer*s hotel). The first sale to take place in March, due notice of which will be given. Persons requiring same may hear of suitable sites possessing the advantages of Water power on application to D. MACRORIE, Auctioneer.
