The brigantine Ann Moore, Captain E. Henry, arrived at the Jetty yesterday afternoon, after a rather protracted passage from Melbourne. She left Port Phillip on the sth inst., had variable winds with thick weather till clearing Kent's group, which she did on the Bth. From thence till off the West Cape had strong winds from KB. round to N.W. On the 14th and three following days, had a hard S.S.E. gale with very high sea, the vessel being hova-to all the time. On the 18th, was off Abbot Head, and had from thence down to the West Capa moderate S.W.. winds. . On tho 22nd experienced another severe gale, on this occasion from the westward ; ran for Stewart's Island, and comejo.anchor.off the M~»^y-i»iverr~TriJignea"'tne following morning — «... J- -* *-<Tr m **-- »*•"• xm»w«-, mueu ie lell calm, and could not enter. On the following night, 24fh, took shelter in Port William, a fresh gale blowing. Left there the next morning with an easterly breeze, took the Pilot on board off the Heads at noon same day, -but had to put back to Port William owing to the heavy sea on the bar. Left again on Tuesday morning, 26th, and reached the jetty as already atated;
