Sadjdhtbst, September 20. At the Loyal Liberal Association meeting held to-night, resolutions were passed regretting that Mr M'Culloch went outside the House for a Commissioner of Customs, but affirming that tbia I was not a sufficient reason for Mr Byrne's motion, and pledging the association to support Mr M'Culloch.
