The foreign ministers have formally withdrawn the neutrality proclamation, as it has been announced that the War has terminated, and punishment inflicted on the rebellious damios. An expedition has beea carefully and rapidly prepared to take the field against the exile Kerais, as soon as the weather would allow of campaigning to be carried on. The ram Stonewall had been given up to the Japanese. The persecution of the Christians ie taking place at Gotto, where 300 men were arrested and placed in confinement on the news of the murder of the Japanese Governor being received.
