REPLY TO F. H. MOORE, ESQ.,

(FEB FAVOR OF THB SOTTTHLAND TIMES.) Deab Sib — The minutes ot the meeting at which the resolutions respecting Bishop Jenner were passed, appear in the Vestry book signed by a vestryman, and by the Chairman as having been con firmed at the following meeting, at which also it appears you were present, bo I have not the slighest doubt but they are perfectly correct. I remember that you expressed strong opinions against the formation of a new Bishopric, and that others did the same, and that the first part of the resolution which you seconded was especially drawn up by the proposer for the purpose of expressing the saute views. — I am, dear Sir, your.- faithfully, W. P. Tanneb. Invercargill, March 17, 1869.
