The funeral of M. Berryer was solemnised in the presence of numerous deputations from Paris, the departments, aud London. Ministerial changes have occurred. Retaining M Rjuher, the Emperor has dismissed M. V'nmrd, and promoted M. Forca.de to the Ministry of the Interior. The Marquis de Lavaette has replaced the Marquis da Moustier at the Foreign Office. Tue latter is ill. Sixty-four press prosecutions hare taken place since May. Prince N apoleon is ill.
