A Belgian paper lately gave some details about the Prince Imperial, his saying and doings, and attributed to him the following words : — "Wiien I 6hall be emperor," he was reported to have said, " I shall insist on every-body fulfiilling his his religious duties. I will tolerate no one without religion." Various papers copied this ana commented upon it. A communique ; has been sent to the papers denying that the Prince Imperial ever used such expressions.
