Tuesday, 21st July. The Speaker took the chair at three o'clock. The Pawnbrokers Bill was read a second time, the Police Offence Bill was read a second time; the Treason Felony Bill was considered in committee ; the Ferries and Bridges Bill was read a second time and committed. The Honoraruim to Members question was taken up and a long and animated discussion ensued, in which all the leading members on both, sides of the House took part, and terminated in a motion being carried ' that the chairman do now leave the chair.
