PRINCE NAPOLEON'S MOVEMENTS.
Prince Napoleon is making a second tour of Europe, and his morements naturally excite a good deal of speculation. He has visited the Grand Duke of Baden-Baden, looked in at Munich, made quite a protacted stay at Vienna — where he has been amazingly feted and lionised — and is now on his way to Constantinople. The general belief is, that the Emperor Napoleon is striving to organise a powerful alliance against Bussia, to arrest the further inroads by Northern barbarism, and to give independence to Poland. General Klapka regards the visit of the Prince as importing good to his fellow-countrymen.
