Cholera is said to have broken out in Honduras mar the Nicaragua frontier. The lit fie news we have by this arrival is mostly of a g. i:eral character. The people of Central America seem to have entered on a new era in their history, A round, full year of peace, in which there has been hardly a whisper of war or revolution, is certainly something rare in the annals of these States.
