THE WEATHER.
♦ - NOVEMBEE, 1867. The Martendale returns already have been published, the mean temperature of the month at that station not only was nearly seven degrees below the nine yeara average, bat was no less than eleven degrees colder than November, 1860. At the Bluff — The rain was equally continuous, and as usual, much greater in amount ; the total being no less than 13 inches. The weather waa cold, with much hail and sleet. The mean temperature waß 47 "4 deg ; maximum, 59 deg, on Ist ; minimum cloud, sB : total rainfall, 13.01 inches on 23 days ; greatest, 1*62 inch on 19th : wind, H., 0 ; W.E., 1 ; E., 2 j S.E., 1 ; S., 0; S.W., 10; W., 8; N.W., 8 days.
