Beblik, Sept. 22, Evening. The Conservative, Free Conservative, and National Liberal parties in the North G-erman Parliament have agreed to insert the following passage in the address in reply to the speech from the throne: — "We on our part can only consider the great task completed when the entry of the Southern States into the Confederation has taken place according to Article 79 of the Federal Constitution."
