Fiobbkcb, Sept. 23. Fresh troops have been despatched to the Papal frontier. Advices from Borne announce that the Roman police are making many arrests. The greater part of the Pontifical troops, with the exception of the garrisons of Yiterbo and Civita Yecchia, are concentrating at Borne. Several chests, each containing 300 rifles, and directed to Perugia, were seized at Florence railway station to-day.
