Bebltk, Sept. 23. A Boyal decree has been promulgated, dissolving the Prussian Chambers. It was preceded by a report signed by the whole Ministry, proposing and explaining reasons for the measure. The treaty between the Prussian Crown and the Duke of Nassau, for settling the latter's claims, has been definitely concluded. The Duke is to' receive a sum of money in Prussian stock, and several castles in JNas-au. All the Duke of Nassau's domains remain in Prussia's possession. The negotiations with King George of Hanover have likewise been concluded. King George obtains a sum of money, bat none of the Hanoverian domains.
