Otago Loans included the £15,000 £50,000, £500,000, £50,000, (Harbor) .£50,000, (Public Buildings). Consolidation Loan Bill also introduced authorises G-overnor to appoint agent for raising it in Great Britain or elsewhere, managing seven Million Loan for such period subject such terms may think fit interest sinking fund if any not exceed six per cent. Agent may receive Provincial bonds exchange but all through bill details left to his discretion. Reported agent will be one of the Ministry go home probable Pitzherbert. Agent may subdelegate duties.
