FRIDAY, sth OCTOBER. (Before I. Newton Watt, Esq., R.M.) JONES V. ANDERSON*. Claim' for £12, value of share of gold procured at Bushy Point. Settled out o Court. SATURDAY, 6th OCTOBER. JONES V. ANDERSON. Claim for recovery of seven ounces of gold, the property of plaintiff, detained by defendant. Defendant said the gold was their joint digging, and expenses for which he was responsible had to be deducted : the accounts were put in and acknowledged. Judgment for plaintiff, £7 8s 2d, with costs, 21s.
