[BY ATLANTIC TELEGRAPH.] Napoleon has demanded the extension of the French boundary to the Ehine. Prussia refuses. The ratification of peace is expected in ten days. Napoleon denies any intention to annex Belgium. Italy will negotiate with the Pope for Rome as her capital. A Bill to annex Hanover, Nassau, Frankfort and Hesse to Prussia, is before the Legislature of Berlin. TLe armistice was extended to the 19th of September. Lostdost, August 20, noon. Consols for m mey, 88|- j and United States twenty-fives, 69 J. The London journals speak highly in praise of President Johnson's restoration policy. The people of Hanover are violently j opposed to annexation to Prussia. They made a sort of appeal to Engl-rad. Napoleon is said to have informed the people that the French troops will evacuate Koine, and that his Holiness must treat politically and financially with Italy.
