To-day there has been a little more doing, but still no activity has been witnessed. Flour, sugars, and all staples, are firm at last quotations. The Resolute and Alexandrina are to hand from Britain, with much wnnted shipments A meeting of the creditors of Coote and Co took place this afternoon. The statement of liabilities shown amounted to nearly £10,000, of which one- half are stated to b? old claims of creditors not in the colnny ; the assets amount to a comparatively triflm? su^.
