Adopting the policy we have hitherto followed, viz., to give full reports of all public meetings, in preferance to our own i comments, we this morning omit our usual leader and other matter to make room for the proceedings of the meeting at Wainiwa. Full reports of the Pro- j vincial Council will be given in future issues.
