We take the following from tbe News of the world -. — " Fenianism in London. — Eumored conspiracy to burn tbe public buildings.: — A rumor of a very alarming character is prevalent, to the effect that there exists a conspiracy of the Fenians to destroy some of the public buildings in London. Extraordinary precautions against such contingencies have already been adopted on tbe part of the officials at the Custom House, Somerset House, and other places, consequent upon private and cenfidential instructions received by them from higher quarters."
