The Otago Daily Times of the 13th inst says : — The total amount of revenue received at the Customs to-day on goods cleared for home consumption, was £770 8s 2d, the items being :— Brandy, 158 gals., £49 4s 3d ; whisky, 67 gals., £41 Os 6d ; geneva, 60 gals., £36 ; wine, 39 gals., £9 15s ; rum, 36 gals., £2L 12s ; bottled beer, 338 gals., £25 7s ; beer in bulk, 1250 gals., £46 17s 6d ; tobacco, 162 lbs, £20 ss ; cigars, 118 lbs, £2i 14s sd; tea. 2275 lbs, £56 17s 6<l ; sugar, 12,724 lbs, £53 Os 4d; drapery, £210 lis 3d ; sundries, £127 3s sd.
