Tide-surveyor Roche made a seizure of tobacco and geneva from on board the schooner Swordfish, from Dunedin. The tobacco was secreted tinder some sails in the hold of the vessel, and the geneva under the after cabin berth. — Weekly Age, Dec. 22.
