TO THB EDITOB OF THE SOUTHLAND TIMES. g [R) Having seen a notification in this day's Daily News, intimating that " two out of the three recently-elected members of the Town Board " decline taking then- seats, I beg to give it a flat contradiction, as both Mr. Murdoch and Mr. Coutts intend taking their seats.
