The Parliament was prorogued on the 22nd of July. Garibaldi left Isehiea for Caprera on the 19th of July, not in good health. The Popes health appears perfectly restored. An Italian revolutionary Committee has excited alarm on the Adriatic Coast, by issuing a proclamation calling upon the Ittrians and the Dalmatians to revolt. Several engagements have occurred between the French the troops and Italian brigands
