DUNEDIN.

Our Otago files are to the 24th instant, per overland mail : the Times reports as follows : — Flour. — A parcel of Adelaide flour was offered to-day at the auction rooms of A. G. Fisher and Co., but the whole was bought in. The advices from Melbourne, per Alhambra, are not particularly encouraging to holders ; Adelaide was offered freely at £20 to £21, without Uncling buyors ; aud at Adelaide, where holders had previously been so firm based on the statistics of the article, the price had fallen to £18. About 40 tons more of the Chilian cargo, per Ismyr, have been sold today at £20. We understand the other Chilian cargo is to be submitted to auction this week. -o-
