NOTICE is hereby given, that ANO US M'DONALD CAMERON, of Invercargill, in the Province of Southland, in the Colony of New Zealand, publican, did, by, deed bearing date the seventh day of March, 1864, GRANT, CONVEY, and ASSIGN unto Archibald Thomas Manning, Kenneth M'lvor, and Thomas Brunton, all of Invercargill aforesaid, merchants, all tlie ESTATE and EFFECTS of him, the said Angus M'Donald Cameron, upon the trust therein mentioned, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said [Angus M'Donald Cameron ; and that the said deed was .duly executed by the said Angus M'Donald Cameron, Archibald Thomas Mailing, Kenneth M'lvor, and Thomas Brunton, in the the presence of James Harycy of Invercargill aforesaid, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand ; and that the said deed now lies at the office of J. S. Johnston, Esquire, Registrar for Southlaud of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Invercargill aforesaid, for the perusal ar i execution by the creditors of the said Angus M'Donald Cameron, and who will be excluded from all benefit under the said deed unless they execute the same ou or before the fifteenth day of June, 1864.
