MELBOURNE COMMERCIAL.

(From the Argus, July 10.) The dulness in the produce market continues, and prices hnve still a tendency downward, but with little actual change as yet. 'Flour and wheat are in less request, and while tbe roads continue bad, the requirements for the interior will be small. Malting barely retains its value, but the quantity offered is trilling. Excepting the best samples of colonial growth, oats are rather slack of sale. The Quantity of hay sent in this week hitherto has been small, but the demand has fallen off in proportion, and it is difficult to clear the market of the few loads to be disposed of.
