Young Adella is the dam of Empren and Granny, bred by Thomas Field, Esq., the former of which mares won several Legers in her year, and the latter was also a Leger winner last season, and in several other races. His Excellency took tho Prize, as the 'best Blood Entire, at tbe last Green Ponds Show in 1857---[CEBTIFICA.TE.] Elizabeth-street, Hobart Town, May 18th, 1863. I have examined the pedigree of His Excellency, and find it as above, and registered in the Stud Book of the Tasmanian Turf Club, page 60, and certify that it is correct.
