Sydney, 3 1st: March. The new committee to superintend "the arrangements for the inter-colonial pig race return, match, which was formed yesterday, confirm the acts of the previous committee." The man who was captured the other day, supposed to be .Tohnnv Gilbert, turns out to be Ney, one of Gardiner's ganof. < At a meeting held to-day relative to the scab amongst sheep, it was resolved to petition the Governor to summon Parliament, that the Act may be •amended.
